North Beach PAWS Receives Les Schwab Tire Donation To Help Advance Mission

North Beach PAWS is thrilled to have been selected as a participant in Les Schwab’s Tires for Purpose program, which donates new tires to local nonprofits. The Les Schwab Tires contribution highlights the power of community partnerships in helping local organizations make a difference.

The donation provided a new set of tires for North Beach PAWS’ Ford Transit Connect, a vehicle that plays an important role in its animal welfare and community outreach efforts.

“Our team drives 300 miles round trip on spay and neuter transport runs, often leaving at 3 a.m. and returning around 8 p.m. Reliable tires are essential to keeping our volunteers and the animals in our care safe,” said North Beach PAWS President Carol Jamroz.

The van is also used to support North Beach PAWS’ annual vaccination and microchip clinics throughout Grays Harbor County. Volunteers load the vehicle with medical and outreach supplies and travel into communities to help pet owners access important preventive care for their animals.
