We are an army of dedicated animal lovers and together we save hundreds of lives every year.

 

When you become a NB PAWS volunteer, you're giving the animals what they want and need most: personal attention, hands-on care and love.

 

Spending time socializing with the animals is particularly important, as it gets our residents used to people and helps make them more adoptable.

 

The best way to know if you want to help is to come out on Saturdays (Garage Sale days when lots of us are at the property) and hang out, help if you want and get to know us and the animals!

  • Cat and Dog Shelter: Volunteers are desperately needed, especially for the cat shelter. Shifts are up to several hours, and of course this can be flexible
    depending on the volunteer's availability.

  • Garage Sale:  Temporarily we will not be picking up donations. Donations may be dropped off at the garage sale on Saturdays between 10 and 4. We need people who are willing to pick up donations, please call Mike at 360-580-4714 to volunteer for this important part of our mission income.   

                                    

  • We need volunteers to manage donated collectibles, antiques and other valuable merchandise on E-Bay, Craig's List, or North Beach Classified ads to maximize income for PAWS. Call Lorna at 360-581-1383 for more info.
