We are absolutely in love with Rocco! Thank you for rescuing and bringing him to the shelter so that we could adopt. We are so lucky to have found such a wonderful dog! A special thank you to all the NBP volunteers for everything you do on a daily basis for the animals!!!!
Thank you so much for sweet Charlie. He slept with me all night and I have had so many kisses. He will not leave my side. He is such a lover and is laying on the bed right now next to me. My other dog Pierre follows him everywhere. My cousin came last night to see him and said I am looking so much better in just the time I have had him. My heart was so sad till I got Charlie. He is a big love. I love him so much. Thanks Again!
A dog and his boy
We just got a GREAT update from Hildy's adopters! Hildy has become a wonderful pet. After a bit of anxiety in her first days, she is now a complete angel. She loves her doggy daycare and the dog park. Her new people sum up their experience so far as happy dog and happy humans. Thanks, Joanna and Brenda, we loved your report and your excellent photos! Here is Hildy enjoying the tulip fields in the Skagit Valley.
Letty is doing great and we are loving having her as part of the family. Every time at the dog park we get comments how beautiful she is. Thanks so much for all the work you do. Working with North Beach PAWS was a great experience.
Buster and his new brother Frankie napping.
Sora's first time at the dog park and she loves it!
Tony is such a good boy; he doesn't even mind it when I put socks on his feet to keep the medicine between his toes!
First ride in the RV Shadow has been with us over a month and is adjusting well
Rascal is making himself right at home! His new big brother has been showing him the ropes and they have been playing very well together. They are both currently passed out in the same manner.
What a fine looking fella
Vincent's new forever family - they all look pretty happy about it!
The staff at the vet's office were very impressed with what a nice little dog we have. Deacon weighs just over 20 lbs, and we've started him on Taste of the Wild and hope he will gain a few pounds. I can't believe how easily he has assimilated himself into our family and lives. He responds well to his new name. We love him dearly. Thanks again for allowing us to adopt this little wonder dog! The weather has been nasty… still managed to get out for a walk (me) and run (him) around the propert
Update: Scooter is my HERO! Last night he climbed up somewhere behind & above me while I was sleeping. He jumped down on my back purposely hard to wake me up. When I woke up I discovered my oxygen tube had fallen off & I had stopped breathing in my sleep! Scooter sat on the floor next to my bed as if he was waiting to make sure I woke up & then scampered away. What an amazing kitty. Now we've saved each other.
Gracie & the girls are getting along great. They greet each other with squeals & kisses. My girls squeal with delight when they see her upon waking or when coming home & she greets them with kisses and tail wags. She's gentle enough to let the two year old take the leash while walking at the end of the day. Everyone is astounded at her excellent manners & demeanor. I think I should go on the road with her & my girls to share what a gift the Freedom Tails program is.
